Thanks to our fabulous network of enthusiastic volunteers, our Adopt-a-Salon program successfully reached its goal of placing 2000 voter registration Beauty Kits in hair and nail salons across the country. While a large majority of our Kits were placed in low voter registration districts in eight targeted states -- Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York and California -- Beauty Kits can be found in 47 states across the U.S.A., including every Body Shop store!
If you didn’t get a chance to adopt a salon, there’s still a lot you can do to encourage women to vote on November 2. Check out our What You Can Do page for fun and effective ways to get out the vote and get women to the polls on Election Day. Remember, these are cuticle times!
